What we collect

When you use the Resume Scorer, we collect the information you give us: your name, email address, the resume you upload (its text content), your target role details, and the scores and report we generate for you. Payments are processed by Stripe — your card details go directly to Stripe and are never seen or stored by us.

How we use it

We use your information to score your resume, generate your report and any rewrite you purchase, and deliver those to you on screen and by email. We may also send you service and product emails related to DigitalA.I. — every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

The Talent Roster (opt-in only)

If — and only if — you check the Talent Roster box, your profile (skills, experience, and target role drawn from your resume) may be shared with employers looking to fill roles. Profiles are shared in anonymized form first; your name and contact details are only passed along when there's a match and an introduction is being made. If you never check the box, your resume is never shared with employers.

Removal, anytime

You can ask us to remove you from the Talent Roster, or delete your data entirely, at any time. Email digitala.i.downloads@gmail.com from the address you signed up with and we'll take care of it.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not pull background information about you from other sources — everything in your profile comes from what you provided. We only share data with the service providers needed to run this product (payment processing, email delivery, hosting).
